Sloanes Fashions Ltd is happy to accept returns for any reason up to 10 days after the receipt of your order.
Before requesting a return, please take a moment to read our returns policy below.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a service that insures the cost of the goods.
Firstly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a Return authorisation code.
The cost of the return is your responsibility. Be sure to keep your receipt and obtain a tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility. You shall only be reimbursed by us only if the product is damaged, faulty or has been incorrectly supplied.
If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties if applicable and less the postal costs.
Items should be returned in packaging provided
Sloanes Fashions Ltd will not accept returns of non faulty items that have been worn and the tags removed.
We advise our customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and disposing of any original packaging. If your item is faulty on receipt, Please contact us via email at email@example.com or call on 01798 343747 within 24 hours of delivery and obtain a ‘Return Authorization code’ to arrange for an exchange or refund. We may require evidence of the fault in the form of photographs.
In the event of any failure to return goods within the time limits stipulated (10 days from dispatch date), even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of the recovery of the goods.
Returns received after the 10 day time frame are accepted at the discretion of Sloanes Fashions Ltd
Please note International customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the EU.
When returning the product, please ensure that you include your original receipt in the returned parcel and include the return authorization Code. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official authorization code will not be accepted. We endeavor to deliver your selected products to you and/or your destination of choice in the fastest and safest way, and for your item/s to arrive in perfect condition. You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your order. However this doesn’t mean that your order has been accepted by us. Your order will be sent to you once your payment has been approved and verified. Once the product has been dispatched you will be sent an email containing a confirmation of your order.
We aim to despatch all items within 24 hours of order date, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Standard special delivery at a cost of: ?7 GBP on all orders. Any goods returned will be at your expense.
Delivery to Europe at a cost of: ?20 GBP
Delivery to the rest of the world: Unfortunately, at the moment we are not shipping to outside the EU. If, however, you are shopping from a non-EU country please don't hesitate to contact us either by telephone 01798343747 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to get you a quote for a delivery and send you your products.
